WHAT I DO…
I take over your CRM and set it up so that it works for you.
I’ll organise your services and packages, create workflows that make sense and set up all your emails and questionnaires so that your client onboarding process is as smooth as Silk!
Once I’ve finished setting everything up, I’ll send over a simple video and written instructions so you can confidently manage things yourself. If you’d like a bit more support, we can also schedule a video walkthrough call so nothing feels confusing or overwhelming.
HOW IT WORKS
We’ll start with a call so we can talk through what you offer and how you’d like your booking process to work. I’ll also ask you to fill in a questionnaire so I can gather all the details I need.
Once I have that information, I’ll get everything set up in your CRM.
When the setup is complete, I’ll invite you to review everything to make sure you’re happy, and then I’ll walk you through how it all works so you feel confident using it going forward.

CRM setup is offered as a one-off, done-for-you service using the CRM you already have. Every setup includes a complete build of your booking process, from enquiry through to booking, plus guidance so you feel confident managing everything yourself once it’s finished.

Yes - this service is designed for business owners who already have a CRM but want it set up properly. I regularly work with 17hats and Studio Ninja, and I’m happy to help with other similar platforms too. If you’re not sure whether your CRM is a good fit, just ask.

Absolutely. You don’t need to be confident with tech at all. I’ll handle the setup for you and then show you how everything works in a clear, straightforward way, so you’re not left guessing or worrying about breaking anything.

Of course. If you already have copy you like, I’m happy to use or adapt it. If not, I can create everything for you based on how you work and the type of clients you photograph. Either way, nothing goes live without you seeing it first.

Yes. Payment plans are available and can be split over instalments to make things more manageable. If you’d like to use a payment plan, just let me know when you enquire and I’ll explain the options.
